Jonathan
Director
Jonathan's journey into the business world began with an expertise in glass manufacturing, as a consultant to leading glass manufacturer he quickly identified his innate talent for innovation and addressing challenges. His passion for finding creative solutions and his keen eye for business opportunities led him to expand the scope of the business. Recognising the growing demand for diverse materials and fabrications in the construction industry, he envisioned Henderton as a comprehensive solution provider.
Under Jonathan's leadership, Henderton has evolved into a multifaceted company, offering a wide range of products that go beyond traditional glass applications. The expansion includes expertise in aluminum, cladding, sectional doors and architectural glass, catering to a diverse array of sectors within the construction and design realm.
Jonathan's unique skill set has been instrumental in steering Henderton towards a path of continuous growth and success.

Project Manager
Matt is a seasoned Construction Site Manager and brings a wealth of experience to every project. He has a keen eye for detail and is skilled at managing time and resources. He holds IOSH and CERTASS certifications and is also a proficient CAD technician.
Barry
Site Manager
Barry is an experienced Site Manager. With tickets in most large plant and machinery, he also holds CERTASS and XXX certifications and is extremely competent at managing complicated deliveries and installations.
Tilly
Office Manager
Tilly adeptly manages daily operations with organisational finesse and a keen eye for detail. Her efficiency and dedication contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and administration. She has a background in Accountancy with brings rigour to all of her actions.
David
Estimator / QS
David has valuable experience working for prominent construction firms. He has successfully been involved in various construction projects utilising his skills in cost estimation, contract management, and budgeting.
Caroline
Design Manager
Caroline has extensive major projects experience including high-end residential fit out. The highlight of her career to date has been managing the fit out of the VIP restaurants and Hospitality Boxes at the New Wembley Stadium.
Christie
Account Manager
Christie has a strong background in Account management and Customer service, she is also an experienced project manager of large scale infrastructire and change management projects.
